Terms of Service

By browsing, booking, purchasing, communicating, making payment, submitting birth details, requesting availability or continuing interaction with us, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that you understand and accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use before initiating payment or requesting services.

Services may include kundli analysis, compatibility analysis, numerology, timing analysis, energy readings and Reiki healing, live consultation sessions, follow-ups, written digital reports, recommendations and related offerings.

These services are personalised, interpretive, symbolic and non-standardised. They are offered in good faith as guidance, and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. We do not diagnose, treat or guarantee outcomes.

Live consultations use a two-part model:

• The ₹10 booking ticket reserves your slot in the queue. It is a reservation fee, not the price of the reading.
• The reading itself is pay-what-you-want. After your call you decide what the guidance was worth and pay that amount voluntarily. There is no minimum, no invoice and no obligation.

Because the second payment is made after delivery and entirely at your discretion, it is by its nature final. The ₹10 ticket is refundable under the conditions set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Written reports are sold at fixed prices, listed on the website in Indian Rupees. Each report is calculated and interpreted by hand and delivered as a PDF by email, ordinarily within 24 hours of payment.

Because each report is prepared individually for you, once preparation has begun it cannot be returned. The cancellation window is set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

A booking may become operationally active before the live session takes place. Calendar blocking, chart casting, case review, intake processing and analytical preparation may begin shortly after booking confirmation. That preparatory work has real value independent of how you later evaluate the session.

Our full refund and cancellation terms — including the 24-hour cancellation window, rescheduling, no-shows and how to request a refund — are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Where the two documents differ, the Refund & Cancellation Policy governs.

The quality of any reading depends directly on the accuracy of the details you provide. You are responsible for supplying a correct date, time and place of birth. We are not liable for an analysis rendered inaccurate by incorrect or incomplete information, and re-preparation on the basis of corrected details may be treated as a new booking.

Consultations and reports are not promises, guarantees, warranties or assured predictive instruments. We treat the chart as a forecast rather than a verdict; you always retain agency over your own decisions. Perceived inaccuracy, disagreement or disappointment with interpretive direction does not, by itself, invalidate a completed transaction.

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first — most matters are resolved quickly and amicably. Raising a chargeback or bank dispute for a knowingly purchased and delivered service without first contacting us may be treated as a contractual dispute, and we reserve the right to present booking logs, communications, timestamps and invoices in response.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Occult Science Academya shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, reputational, economic, relational or expectation-related damages arising from the use or interpretation of our services. Our total liability in respect of any booking shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for it.

Your details, questions and session content are handled confidentially and are never shared or sold. Please note that absolute cybersecurity, uninterrupted availability and universal platform reliability cannot be guaranteed. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.

Harassment, abuse, coercion, threats, defamatory conduct, impersonation or misuse of our consultation channels may result in suspension or refusal of service. Where service is refused for such conduct, any unused portion of a reservation fee will still be returned to you.

All reports, written analysis, site content, graphics and course material remain the intellectual property of Occult Science Academya. Your report is licensed to you for personal use. Please do not republish, resell or redistribute it without written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If any clause is held unenforceable, the remaining clauses survive to the maximum permissible extent.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
