Refund & Cancellation Policy

Occult Science Academya provides personalised, intangible advisory services. Each consultation requires a dedicated time slot reserved for you, along with individual chart casting, analysis and report preparation carried out in advance. This policy balances fairness to you against the genuine value of that reserved time and preparatory work.

Your ₹10 booking ticket is fully refundable provided that:

• the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation, and
• preparation of your chart, report or analysis has not yet begun.

This gives you a clear, fair opportunity to change your mind before any personalised work is undertaken.

The amount you choose to pay after your consultation is entirely voluntary and is decided by you once the guidance has already been delivered. Because you set that figure yourself, after the fact, it is final and not refundable.

If something about your session genuinely did not work, please tell us before deciding what to pay — we would far rather fix it than take money you feel was not earned.

Written numerology reports are prepared by hand for you specifically. You may cancel a report order for a full refund provided preparation has not yet begun — in practice, within a few hours of ordering. Once your report has been prepared or delivered, it cannot be returned.

If your report does not arrive within the promised window, contact us and we will either deliver it immediately or refund you in full.

If you cannot attend your scheduled session, you may request to reschedule at least 12 hours in advance, at no extra cost, subject to availability. Rescheduling does not extend or reset the cancellation window described above.

If you do not attend a confirmed session without prior notice, or arrive so late that the session cannot meaningfully proceed, the booking is treated as fulfilled. Technical issues on your side — connectivity, device or environment — do not create a refund entitlement, though we will always make a reasonable effort to reschedule where possible.

Once your personalised preparation has commenced, your session has been delivered or your report has been issued, payments are not refundable. Refunds are also not available for:

• dissatisfaction with an interpretation, or disagreement with the guidance provided;
• outcomes, predictions or expectations not unfolding as hoped;
• a change of mind after preparation has begun.

Astrological and numerological consultations are interpretive and advisory in nature. They are offered in good faith and are not guarantees of any specific result.

In the rare event that we must cancel, or are unable to deliver your confirmed session, you will be offered either a full refund or a rescheduled session at your preference, at no additional cost.

To request a cancellation or refund, email us with your name, booking date and payment reference. Requests are reviewed against this policy, and you will receive a response confirming the outcome.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account thereafter depends on your bank or payment provider. For international payments, currency conversion differences applied by the processor or your bank are beyond our control.

If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us first — most matters are resolved quickly and amicably. Raising a chargeback or bank dispute for a knowingly purchased and delivered service, without first contacting us, may be treated as a contractual dispute, and we reserve the right to present booking logs, communications and invoices in response.
